The PTO meets the 1^st Tuesday of every month in the elementary cafeteria at 9:00am:

12 Days of Giving is now in progress!  Last year we expanded this project to include our middle school & high school families.  We helped 22 families which included approximately 60 children.  Every child received 1-2 gifts, a shirt, pants, shoes, socks, coat with hat and mittens/gloves.  The entire family received: groceries, cleaning supplies, toiletries, laundry detergent, paper supplies, wrapping paper and a full dinner including a turkey or ham purchased from Kroger.  Many groups & many individuals helped with our endeavor.  If you are interested in donating items, food, clothing, or adopting a family or individual child, please call Chris at 740-360-0040. 

Fall Book Fair Nov. 4-12. in Elementary Building.  Will be open evening hours during parent/teacher conferences Nov. 9 & 11. This book fair paid for the $4 individual student subscription fee for Accelerated Reader. (see below)

Last Years' PTO Spending. 

Cafeteria Point of Sale system.  NutriKids $20,000-$22,000.  K-12 You will soon be able to pay for your child's lunch over the internet!  No sending in money every Monday, no sending in separate checks for each child, etc!  Hopefully up and running by November 2009.  Thanks to Lori Kramp , our cafeteria supervisor, for all of her hard work in finding this program for us to purchase! Accelerated Reader: $3500.  K-8 Reading practice time is personalized to each student's individual level to ensure a high rate of success and is immediately followed by feedback to help educators target instruction.  Thanks to Mrs. Marsha Rizor, our gifted/talented coordinator for all her hard work in finding this wonderful aid for our staff!
