FROM THE PRINCIPAL'S DESK

The end of the school year will soon be here!  It seems that time passes so quickly.  Before we know it, the summer will be over and August 20th (the first day of school) will be upon us.  

Many thanks go to parents, students, and teachers who made this year so successful.  The help and cooperation of everyone is greatly appreciated.  It is our sincere wish that each child grew in many different ways throughout the school year. 

To honor our Volunteers, we will be having a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast on May 23rd at 8:00 AM, the morning of Field Day.  Please join us.  We look forward to eating with you that morning.

This month’s FAMILYGRAM contains important information on our end of the year procedures, dates, and meetings, as well as the beginning of next school year.

If you have further questions, please call the elementary office.  Individual grade level field trips and party information will be sent home via the homeroom teachers.  With this being our last FamilyGram for this school year, from the staff at Pleasant Elementary, we wish you a safe and enjoyable summer vacation.

NOTICE

Any students who owe for lunches, workbooks, library books, etc., should pay these fees before the last day of school.  Grade cards will not be distributed to students owing any fees.

LOST AND FOUND

The Elementary has a few items in lost and found.  If your child lost an article of clothing, please check the lost and found located on the table outside of the office.  All unclaimed items will be given to a local charity.
